I got a sneak preview of the Woodley-Wardman condominiums last week and it was thrilling. Walking through four historic buildings that have been reconfigured to allow for luxurious condominiums, it was great to see an aging structure made new again. And the plans for a new, 7-story tower built on green design principles adds a modern feel to the whole project. I snapped a pic of the progress but then I needed to focus on walking through a construction site so I put the camera down. Safety first. One of the reasons I love what I do is that my clients love what they do. It was inspiring to see the excitement of my client as he explained the various layouts and what the finished product will look like come November when the first units deliver.
Then just down the street I dropped into The Nunehe Center, which I helped rebrand about a year ago. Talk about bringing the brand to life. They have repainted their studios with colors in the palette we recommended and have shifted apsects of the customer experience to better fit with the brand values of health, quality and energy.
